Electrical Staffing Incorporated - Professional Division's Exclusive 1-Year Guarantee for Direct Placements: Should the employee leave or be terminated for any justifiable reason within 90 days of the date of employment, Electrical Staffing Inc. will replace the employee without additional cost to the client. Should the employee leave or be terminated for any justifiable reason between the start of their 4th month and the completion of one calendar year, Electrical Staffing Inc. will replace the employee for a fee equivalent to 15% of the employee's first year salary. This guarantee covers only those candidates hired directly by the client, not those hired on a contract-to-direct basis.
